I’m happy to inform you all that we are sold out of pork for this season. We ended up selling a half hog and three variety packs and the rest is going to stay in the freezer for ourselves. We’ve been getting some great reviews back and I hope that many more of you will [...] On Wednesday I went out and did all the winter chores. The chores usually get done right as the sun is going down. This includes, watering two groups of cows, two hogs, and 3 horses, feeding horses and chickens, and throwing some treats (horse hay) to some of the cows. The hogs are eating out [...] After months of collecting fruit and nuts, setting up fencing, and letting the pigs teach us what they like and don’t like to eat, we’re finally eating what we like, PORK.
