I’m happy to inform you all that we are sold out of pork for this season. We ended up selling a half hog and three variety packs and the rest is going to stay in the freezer for ourselves. We’ve been getting some great reviews back and I hope that many more of you will have the opportunity to buy some Red Wattle pork raised by us in the future!
I’ve included a picture of some pork chops before we cooked them the other night. There was a lot of red meat in there! I guess all that rooting and searching for persimmons and pecans does add muscle.
