		<description>WOW!!!!! I wish I lived closer to Joel Salatin. What an inspirational leader......I could listen to him everyday.  His life is definitely a blessing to this world.  I will be a devoted listener and learner from now on.  It&#039;s so good to know we are not alone in desiring a legacy of returning the land to the state in which God created it and intended it to be used.
